Recruit Express Pte Ltd is hiring an AI Enablement IT Manager (Perm) responsible for leading the organization’s AI enablement strategy and governance. The role reports to the Data and Analytics Lead and focuses on delivering scalable GenAI solutions and enablement programs.

The candidate should bring 5+ years in digital transformation or AI enablement, with strong stakeholder management and change leadership.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in digital transformation, product/programme management, analytics, or AI/ML enablement (GenAI preferred).
Strong understanding of AI concepts, model limitations, and business-technical translation.

Responsibilities

Lead AI enablement strategy by identifying high-value use cases and translating business needs into scalable AI solutions.
Partner with stakeholders across functions to capture requirements, prioritize opportunities, and define success metrics.
Design and deliver enablement programmes (workshops, office hours, playbooks) to upskill teams on GenAI usage.
Establish AI governance and guardrails with Security, Risk, Legal and Data teams.
Coordinate with product, engineering and data science teams to pilot, validate, and scale AI solutions.
Develop and maintain an AI tools catalogue and reusable assets.
