Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an experienced AI enablement leader to drive the organization's GenAI strategy and governance. You will partner with stakeholders, design training programs, and coordinate cross-functional teams to scale AI solutions responsibly.

The role focuses on upskilling teams, establishing governance guardrails, and tracking KPIs to demonstrate business value and adoption of GenAI across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data/Analytics, Business, or related field.
• Experience in digital transformation, product/programme management, analytics, or AI/ML enablement roles (GenAI preferred).
• Strong understanding of AI/GenAI concepts, model limitations, and evaluation approaches.
• Experience designing and delivering training, workshops, and change management initiatives.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, data privacy, and security considerations in enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with AI tools and collaboration tools; agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI enablement strategy and translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.
• Capture requirements and define success metrics across functions.
• Design and deliver enablement programmes (workshops, office hours, playbooks).
• Establish AI governance and guardrails with Security, Risk, Legal, and Data teams.
• Pilot, validate, and scale AI solutions with product, engineering and data science teams.
• Develop and maintain AI tools catalogue, intake process, and reusable assets.
• Drive change management and stakeholder engagement; share success stories.
