In the AI era, we anticipate expediting the AI transformation within our People team, from deploying AI agents for employee support to optimising organisational insights through predictive modelling.

Job Description

• Identify AI opportunities in Operations workflows (productivity, quality, cost, risk).
• Design and support rollout of AI use cases, Standard Operating Procedures, and playbooks for Operations teams.
• Run demonstrations, training, and onboarding sessions to increase AI tool adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional AI initiatives (planning, follow-ups, timelines, status).
• Collect user feedback and performance data to improve AI solutions.
• Help define and track Key Performance Indicators for AI adoption and impact.
• Support basic AI governance activities (usage guidelines, guardrails, documentation).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Min 1 year of experience in HR, Operations, Business Operations, Project Management, Business Analysis, or related functions.
• Exposure to HR domains (e.g. HRBP, Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, or HR Operations) is a plus.
• Project coordination skills, with the ability to manage timelines, track deliverables, and follow up with stakeholders effectively.
• Good business acumen, with the ability to understand workflows, identify pain points, and define success metrics.
• Comfortable working with data (e.g. spreadsheets, dashboards), with the ability to analyse and derive actionable insights.
• Basic understanding of AI products and concepts (e.g. capabilities and limitations of LLMs, common business use cases).
• Communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
