Job summary

ESSENTIAL 1 SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an HR Admin professional with 2–3 years of HR experience to support recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and monthly payroll activities.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management and can multitask effectively. Knowledge of Work Pass applications and local employment laws is preferred; IT knowledge is advantageous. Location: West Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HRM or equivalent required.
• Experience in HR admin and recruitment preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process from posting to candidate selection.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.
• Handle monthly payroll activities and CPF submissions.
• Apply and monitor Work Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Draft, review, and maintain employment agreements and HR documents.
• Implement and monitor HR policies to ensure legal compliance.
• Liaise with management and employees on HR-related matters.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.
