Job summary

Hobbs Holdings Pte Ltd seeks a Payroll and HR Administrator to oversee and process payroll for all employees in Singapore, ensuring accurate computation of salaries, allowances, and deductions with CPF submissions and tax filings.

You will manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations; coordinate repatriation of work permit holders; maintain employee records and handle employee relations and communications. Location: Ubi Road 1, Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and process payroll for all employees in Singapore.
• Compute salaries, allowances and deductions; CPF submissions; and annual/ad hoc tax filings.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Coordinate and manage repatriation of work permit holders.
• Maintain accurate employee records and oversee employee relations and communications.
• Ad hoc tasks as assigned.
