Job summary

NURTURE LIVING PTE. LTD. invites applications for an HR Admin role stationed at Northstar @ AMK, Singapore.

The candidate will handle recruitment campaigns, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and assist with onboarding and daily HR administrative tasks. The position runs Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with 5 days a week attendance. Prospective applicants should be proficient in Microsoft Office, familiar with Facebook postings, and capable of independent work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general HR administrative tasks, documentation and staff-related matters where required.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management to support HR functions.

Requirements | 任职要求

• Familiar with Facebook posting and various social media platforms.

• Responsible, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Prior experience in HR, recruitment or administration will be an advantage but is not essential.
