Job summary

HR FACTORS PERSONNEL PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Administrator for a 3-month contract in the West of Singapore. The role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, and general HR administration, ensuring accurate records and professional service to candidates, employees, managers, and the HR team.

The successful candidate will maintain HR records, coordinate onboarding processes, and uphold confidentiality while supporting various HR functions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Entry level degree holders with HR internship experience welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of HR practices and familiarity with Singapore employment law.
• Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and recruitment records to support HR operations.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure smooth candidate and new hire experiences.
• Provide responsive and professional support to candidates, employees, managers, and HR colleagues.
• Manage sensitive employee information with discretion and uphold confidentiality standards.
• Organize and prioritize multiple HR administrative tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
• Communicate clearly and build trust with staff and managers through professional interpersonal interactions.
• Utilize HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite to support HR functions.
• Demonstrate a proactive and solution-oriented approach to learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
