You will coordinate vendor and facility management, ensure compliance with BCA, ISO, and other certifications, and support cross-department communication. The role suits a diploma holder with 3+ years of hands-on HR and admin experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on HR and administrative experience in construction
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and HR software/payroll systems
• Understanding of employment laws and regulatory standards
• Budgeting, office infrastructure and facility oversight

Responsabilités

• Manage the recruitment and selection process.
• Manage employee records, employment agreements, and HR guidelines.
• Administer payroll, manage employee benefits, and other HR duties.
• Handle applications and renewals of company certifications such as BCA, ISO, GGBS, and others.
• Supervise day-to-day office operations, including purchasing, facility upkeep, and IT coordination.
• Facilitate effective internal communication to ensure seamless business processes across departments.
