Job summary

Well Established Landscape Company is currently seeking a capable administrator with HR responsibilities to join our team in Jurong East, Singapore. The role covers general admin, HR tasks including recruitment, onboarding, attendance tracking, and payroll assistance.

The position is full-time with standard work hours from 9am to 6pm on weekdays and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays. Salary is up to 3500 SGD per month and location is Jurong East.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years related experience.
• GCE O Level and above.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative duties (filing, data entry, office supplies, documentation).
• Manage HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and leave records.
• Assist with payroll preparation and employee claims.
• Support basic finance tasks including invoicing, billing, payment follow-up, and petty cash.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments when required.
• Prepare simple reports and maintain organized records.
