Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the upkeep of guest rooms, public areas and equipment, ensuring high standards. You will conduct routine inspections and manage inventory to support smooth operations.

The role requires minimum 2 years supervisory experience in housekeeping or hotel operations. Benefits include AWS and performance bonus; basic salary up to SGD 3,400, staff meals and laundry service, and no overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping or hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and housekeeping equipment to ensure consistently high standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of rooms and public spaces to ensure cleanliness and compliance with hotel standards.
• Manage housekeeping inventory, ensuring sufficient stock levels and proper utilisation of supplies and equipment.
• Monitor room turnover and allocate manpower/resources efficiently to support smooth operations.
• Plan and organise daily shift activities, including task allocation and workflow coordination.
• Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure work is carried out in accordance with SOPs and quality expectations.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and implement recovery actions to minimise operational disruptions.
• Handle guest feedback, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide training, coaching, and ongoing development to housekeeping team members to improve performance.
• Support housekeeping operations by assisting with cleaning duties when required.
