Job summary

PREMIUM HOTEL MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a team across one of its Singapore hotels. The role focuses on maintaining high cleanliness standards, planning rosters, and ensuring grooming and policy compliance.

You will mentor staff, supervise training, and support retention efforts while coordinating with hotel management to meet service expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in the hospitality industry.
• Resourceful, self-motivated and team-oriented.
• Decisive with the ability to lead and guide a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Self-motivated with accountability and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure highest standard of cleanliness, order and appearance of the hotel.
• Plan monthly roster for Housekeeping team.
• Assign roles, inspect work and grooming for conformance.
• Maintain attendance/leave records and payroll data.
• Mentor and retain staff to foster career progression.
• Supervise, train and retrain staff to hotel standards.
• Identify high-potential employees for promotion.
