voco Orchard Singapore is seeking a dynamic and passionate Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team on this exciting rebranding project. You will work closely with the Executive Housekeeper, Housekeeping Manager and Assistant Housekeepers to ensure a smooth operation and a well maintained hotel.

You will lead and train staff, assign duties, conduct shift briefings and uphold standards. Experience in hotel housekeeping and familiarity with HotSOS and Opera Property Management System will be an

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years working experience in a similar role within the hotel industry.
• Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Able to converse in English.
• Able to perform 3 rotating shifts, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Work with Executive Housekeeper, Housekeeping Manager and Assistants to ensure smooth operation of the housekeeping department.
• Prepare work assignments for Housekeeping Attendants.
• Conduct shift briefings to communicate hotel activities and requirements.
• Establish standards and procedures for housekeeping tasks.
• Supervise, train and retrain Housekeeping Attendants and Linen Attendants.
• Lead special projects and deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Respond to guest complaints and ensure corrective action.
