Job summary

voco Orchard Singapore is seeking a dynamic Assistant Housekeeper to join our rebranding project. You will work closely with the Executive Housekeeper and Housekeeping Manager to ensure smooth operations and high standards of cleanliness across the hotel.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience in hotel housekeeping, a Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent, and fluency in English. You will lead, train and supervise staff, handle guest requests, and coordinate with other departments to

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar hotel housekeeping role.
• Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Housekeeper to ensure smooth housekeeping operations.
• Prepare work assignments for Housekeeping Attendants and supervise staff.
• Conduct shift briefings and ensure operational requirements are met.
• Lead training for Supervisors and Attendants; manage deep cleaning tasks.
• Respond to guest complaints and ensure corrective actions.
• Monitor expenses, minimize waste and enforce safety procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain service quality.
• Ensure staff are trained and equipped to perform duties.
