Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott Singapore at Novena is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure quality standards across guest rooms and public areas. You will run room status checks, coordinate with Engineering, Front Office and Laundry, and support daily housekeeping operations.

You will assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and coaching a team, while upholding safety policies and professional appearance standards. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after cleaning to ensure quality standards.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining and coaching employees.
• Coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office and Laundry; communicate issues to the next shift.
