Job summary

Aloft Singapore Novena by Marriott International is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor who will oversee the housekeeping team to ensure the hotel's cleanliness and service standards are consistently maintained.

You will supervise, train and monitor supervisors, associates and contractors, support daily operations, review guest feedback, and contribute to cost management.

This role requires strong communication, leadership, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect property to ensure highest cleanliness standards and quality.
• Oversee housekeeping associates' performance, training, motivation, and wellbeing.
• Review guest feedback and engage with guests daily to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Establish, revise, and improve Housekeeping SOPs for smoother processes.
• Revise and analyze all housekeeping reports for accuracy.
• Assist Executive Housekeeper with forecast, budget, and capex.
• Familiar with Wyndham Green and Rewards programs and execute them.
• Serve as a clear communication bridge between management and staff.
• Perform supervisory duties aligned with department strategies.

Job Summary:

Oversee and support the housekeeping team to ensure the hotel’s cleanliness and service standards are consistently maintained. You will supervise, train and monitor the performance of Housekeeping Supervisors, associates and contractors, ensuring all procedures are carried out according to hotel standards.

You will also assist with daily operations, monitor housekeeping reports and support effective cost management. Identify and develop potential Housekeeping Supervisors while ensuring a high level of service and guest satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• 1. Inspection of property to ensure highest cleanliness standards & quality consistently
• 2. Housekeeping associates' performances, training needs analysis, motivation, further development & well being
• 3. Reviewing guest feedback & establish guests contact daily to find every opportunity to deliver an exceptional experience to our guests by giving great example to Housekeeping Team
• 4. Establish, revise & improve on Housekeeping SOPs in terms of ease of processes for our associates and improving our customers' lives
• 5. Revise & analyze all housekeeping reports prepared by Supervisors to ensure accuracy and justify with solid facts
• 6. Assisting Executive Housekeeper in preparation of forecast, budget, and capital expenditure
• 7. Thoroughly familiar with Wyndham Green, Wyndham Rewards @ By Request and ensure execution of these programs in Housekeeping Team Context
• 8. Be a great communicating bridge between management and non-management associates to instill a service-oriented vulture (responsive, respectful & delivering great experiences) among Housekeeping Team
• 9. Perform supervisory or executive functions such as assisting in work related to the strategies / policies of the department
