Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group in Singapore is seeking a Supervising Housekeeping Attendant to oversee room and public area staff, ensuring product quality standards and exceptional guest service. You will allocate rooms, manage cleaning standards, coordinate with Front Office, and train team members.

The role requires a High School or Diploma in Hotel Administration or similar and at least 2 years' supervisory housekeeping experience in a hotel.

Qualifications

• High School or Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent.
• 2 years’ housekeeping experience, preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity.
• Supervisory experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the implementation of housekeeping standards and procedures.
• Manage bedroom, bathroom, valet, cleaning and linen maintenance.
• Open and close the shift and ensure effective shift handover.
• Distribution and collection of keys and handling of guest calls.
