• Supervise daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms and public areas.
• Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness meets hotel standards.
• Plan manpower and allocate daily work assignments to team members.
• Monitor room turnover and housekeeping efficiency.
• Maintain housekeeping supplies, equipment and inventory levels.
• Coach and guide team members to ensure compliance with SOPs and service standards.
• Handle guest concerns and support service recovery where required.
• Respond appropriately during emergency situations.
• Assist with cleaning duties when operationally required.

• Position: Housekeeping Supervisor

• Location: Walkable from Bras Basah MRT

• Working Hours: Rotating Shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Salary (commensurate with experience): S$3,300–S$3,500 Basic Monthly + AWS

• Benefits: 14 Days Annual Leave

• Duration: Permanent / Full-Time
