The role focuses on improving operational efficiency, driving team performance and development, and upholding the hotel’s service excellence standards through planning, training, inventory control, and cross-department coordination.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
• Minimum 5-6 years of relevant managerial experience in hospitality, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
• Familiarity with Opera / Opera Cloud systems and process management tools.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on operational excellence and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Housekeeper in planning, organizing, and supervising housekeeping operations across the hotel.
• Ensure highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction in line with LQA standards.
• Oversee daily cleaning operations of guest rooms and public areas to maintain quality and consistency.
• Develop and implement training programs, including on-the-job training, classroom sessions, and mentorship for team members.
• Monitor room inventory and coordinate with related departments to optimize room availability and revenue opportunities.
• Implement structured training plans and schedules to enhance staff competency and efficiency.
• Maintain clear communication and coordination with Front Office and other departments for smooth operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices within the department.
