Qualifications

• Minimum 5-6 years of managerial experience in hospitality (5-star preferred).
• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
• Familiarity with Opera / Opera Cloud systems.
• Strong leadership with focus on quality and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Housekeeper in planning, organizing, and supervising housekeeping operations.
• Ensure highest cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction according to 5-star benchmarks.
• Oversee daily cleaning of guest rooms and public areas for quality and consistency.
• Develop and implement training programs, including on-the-job and classroom sessions.
• Monitor room inventory and coordinate with departments to optimize availability and revenue.
• Implement structured training plans to enhance staff competency and efficiency.
• Maintain clear communication with Front Office and other departments for smooth operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
