Job description

\ Maintain the households in an orderly and efficient manner

\ Plan and coordinate events and social gatherings, such as dinner parties and receptions

\ Ensure the security of the household and its contents, including valuable artwork and other collectables

\ Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the households

\ Attend to the needs of the guests, including serving meals, drinks, and snacks

\ Purchase of items including daily supplies and others

\ Oversees households improvement, repair & maintenance and renovation

\ Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.

\ Take on occasional relief driving duties when needed.

\ Other duties as assigned by the leader.

\ Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

\ Previous experience in a similar role such as household management, personal assistance, or hospitality management.

\ Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively managing various household tasks and responsibilities.

\ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with household staff, service providers and family members.

\ The ability to adapt to changing schedules and prioritize unexpected events or tasks may arise in the household environment.

\ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data, identify trends and handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact.
