Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related experience in kitchen/hotpot environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and serve a variety of hotpot items according to menus.
• Assist in creating new dishes and menus.
• Assist with inventory and managing suppliers.
• Maintain food quality, standards and portion control.
• Control costs by minimizing wastage and managing food ordering and storage.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and safety.
• Support other ad-hoc duties as needed.
