The role emphasizes handling guest enquiries, maintaining service standards, and assisting with monitoring expenses and inventory. You will train staff to sustain quality and report issues to management.

• Prepare daily operational reports and report important issues to management.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, standard operating procedures and workplace safety requirements.
• Identify operational issues and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and guest satisfaction.
