Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree preferred in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to forecast and analyze revenue and demand.

Responsibilities

• Manage room and function space pricing, restrictions and inventory.
• Analyze revenue, profit and demand for rooms and events.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets and periodic projections.
• Communicate sales strategies and ensure system alignment with brand guidelines.
• Generate reports to guide senior leadership on RevPAR/RevPAS opportunities.
