Job summary

Mama Shelter Singapore is seeking a Revenue Executive to drive pricing, inventory and forecasting to optimize occupancy and revenue. The role requires hands-on analysis, strong commercial awareness and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Operations.

You will monitor demand, market trends and performance against forecasts, prepare reports, and translate data into actionable recommendations to capture revenue opportunities for the property.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel revenue, reservations, distribution or a related commercial role.
• Good understanding of pricing, forecasting, inventory management and hotel distribution.
• Strong analytical skills with commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Opera Cloud, TARS, revenue management systems and online channels is an advantage.
• Understanding of ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, booking pace, pickup and segmentation.
• Proactive, organized and confident managing day-to-day revenue activities.
• Strong communication and cross-department collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily room pricing, inventory, availability to optimize occupancy and RevPAR.
• Monitor booking pace and market movements and take revenue actions.
• Manage segments to optimize business mix (transient, corporate, group, leisure).
• Identify high-demand periods and implement pricing, inventory and promos.
• Prepare and maintain accurate revenue forecasts.
• Monitor performance against forecast and market benchmarks.
• Prepare revenue reports and translate data into recommendations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Front Office and Operations.
