Job summary

The Garcha Group, Singapore’s boutique hotel group, is seeking a skilled Revenue Management professional to join our Marriott-branded properties. You will manage room inventory, prepare market analyses, and support pricing strategies across Maxwell Reserve, The Vagabond Club, and The Serangoon Club.

Requirements include a Professional Certificate/NITEC or equivalent, excellent English, and at least 5 years in hospitality revenue management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in hospitality revenue management or related field.
Strong analytical and data-interpretation abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing room inventory to maximize cluster room revenue and data accuracy.
Assist in preparing competitive analyses and market sales strategy documents.
Assist in managing room rates, authorizations, and restrictions and communicating pricing strategies.
Prepare month-end Revenue Management reports and support forecasting alignment with financial goals.
Generate and update property and market Revenue Management reports for the team.
Assist with system maintenance including rate hurdles, forecast monitoring, and daily checks.
Train new staff on Revenue Management systems, tools and procedures.
Support implementation of hotel sales and revenue strategies within reservation and inventory management systems.
