Job summary

24PS ST PROPERTY PTE. LTD. is seeking a procurement lead to drive the hotel pre-opening workstream, sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and overseeing OS&E procurement, operational supplies setup, and purchasing process implementation.

You will build a reliable supplier network, partner with operations to forecast needs, manage purchase requests and POs, monitor supplier performance, and ensure governance and ethical sourcing aligned with local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the procurement pre-opening workstream, including supplier sourcing, contract negotiations, OS&E procurement, operational supplies setup, and purchasing process implementation
• Build and establish a reliable network of suppliers, service providers, and business partners to support the hotel's opening and ongoing operations
• Source, negotiate, and secure competitive agreements for goods and services while maintaining quality and brand standards
• Partner with operational departments to forecast requirements, monitor inventory levels, and support operational readiness
• Manage purchase requests, purchase orders, and supplier performance in accordance with company policies
• Support the Director of Finance in maintaining procurement controls, governance processes, and cost management initiatives
• Monitor market pricing, supplier competitiveness, and product availability to maximise value for the business
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, ethical sourcing standards and local regulations
