Job summary

The Garcha Group in Singapore is seeking a procurement professional to manage tactical sourcing for food and non‑food items across our hospitality brands. You will analyze supplier performance, negotiate terms, and ensure cost efficiency while adhering to company policies.

You will drive alignment across units, maintain supplier relationships, and implement procurement best practices. Experience in hospitality purchasing and familiarity with Altminds/orderEZ are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum ‘O’ Level and above with at least 2 years of working experience in purchasing in the Hospitality industry.
• Good communications & negotiation skills
• Good analysing and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Positive attitude and able to work independently and as well as in team
• Altminds/orderEZ system knowledge preferred
