Job summary

Avani Singapore is building a dynamic procurement function for its landmark pre-opening hotel. You will lead sourcing, supplier management, and OS&E procurement to ensure cost-efficient, quality-driven outcomes from day one.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will implement governance, controls, and procurement processes while coordinating with operations to readiness. Fluent English and hospitality experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business/related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as Purchasing Manager or similar procurement leadership role in hospitality.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and procurement administration skills.
• Pre-opening hotel experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement pre-opening workstream: supplier sourcing, contract negotiations, OS&E procurement, and purchasing process setup.
• Build and establish a network of suppliers, service providers, and business partners.
• Source, negotiate, and secure competitive agreements while ensuring quality and brand standards.
• Partner with operational departments to forecast requirements and monitor inventory levels.
• Manage purchase requests and supplier performance per company policies.
