24PS ST PROPERTY PTE. LTD. is seeking a finance leader to oversee all pre-opening financial activities for a hotel project in Singapore.

You will set up financial processes, budgeting, controls, and reporting, while coordinating with external partners and regulators. You will partner with the General Manager and leadership team to drive commercial decisions and business growth, manage banking relationships, and ensure compliance across the pre-opening programme.

Formación

• Experience leading finance pre-opening for hotels or large projects.
• Strong governance, risk management, and tax compliance knowledge.
• Proven ability to build relationships with auditors, banks, and authorities.
• Leadership experience managing a high-performing finance team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all finance pre-opening activities: financial set-up, procurement governance, OS&E management, systems implementation, budgeting, controls, reporting, licensing support, banking relationships, and overall financial readiness ahead of opening.
• Partner with the General Manager and leadership team to support commercial decision-making and business growth.
• Collaborate with JV partners, consultants, banks, auditors, and regulators to support the pre-opening programme and build relationships.
• Drive the hotel’s financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and performance management.
• Oversee financial reporting, cash flow management, audits, statutory compliance, and tax requirements.
• Establish and maintain internal controls, governance frameworks, and risk management practices.
• Manage capital expenditure reviews, procurement controls, and investment analysis.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing Finance team.
• Build productive relationships with corporate teams, auditors, banks, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders.
