Job summary

Hilton International Asia Pacific PTE LTD is seeking a Director of Sales MICE to lead strategic goals for the MICE segment across APAC and support Hilton’s global portfolio of hotels.

You will develop and execute sales strategies, drive revenue targets, strengthen relationships with hotels and clients, and report to the Head of HWS Asia. Travel up to 25% is required. This role requires leadership in a matrix environment and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
• 10+ years of hospitality sales experience preferred.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans.
• Experience in project management across multiple strategic projects.
• Experience in facilitation, negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Ability to analyze data and present strategic recommendations to senior leaders.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
