Hilton in Singapore is seeking a Sales Manager, MICE to grow corporate accounts and drive revenue across rooms, catering, and F&B. You will manage RFPs, lead client meetings, and coordinate with partners to secure new business and maximize repeat bookings.

The role requires 2–3 years in hotel/event sales, strong negotiation and forecasting skills, and willingness to travel including evenings and weekends. Proficiency with Salesforce and GDS is preferred.

Formación

• 2–3 years in hotel/event sales, preferably MICE or group segments.
• Strong selling, negotiation, and lead management skills.
• Commercial acumen with forecasting and analytics experience.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver excellent service.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends when required.
• Experience with Salesforce, GDS, and revenue management tools is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and secure MICE and group business from key markets and accounts.
• Develop and maintain detailed account plans in Salesforce and update activities.
• Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and familiarization trips.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows and sales trips to generate leads.
• Collaborate with Hilton Sales network, TMCs, and MICE partners to grow business.
• Support corporate sales activities across segments for seamless collaboration.
• Manage RFP processes and ensure rates are loaded in GDS.
• Use TravelClick Hotelligence to analyze market trends and opportunities.
