Job summary

SUMMIT TALENT PTE. LIMITED seeks a Senior Sales Manager for a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in Singapore. The role focuses on driving corporate, MICE, conferences and events revenue with a strong client-network and industry presence.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in luxury hospitality sales, a proven track record in meeting sales targets, and an ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, on-site position in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant hotel sales experience, with strong MICE exposure.
• Experience in a 5-star luxury hotel or upscale hospitality environment preferred.
• Proven track record in achieving MICE and corporate sales targets.
• Strong network of corporate clients, event agencies and/or PCOs is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Commercially driven, proactive and results oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow MICE and corporate group business.

• Manage key accounts, corporate clients, event organizers, agencies and industry partners.
• Drive revenue through meetings, conferences, incentives, banquets and group events.
• Conduct sales presentations, client meetings, site inspections and contract negotiations.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports and revenue updates for management.
• Collaborate closely with Events, Banquet, Rooms and other hotel departments to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
• Represent the hotel at industry events, networking sessions and trade shows.
