Job summary

Marriott International in Singapore is seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager to craft and execute property-level communications, promoting on-brand messaging across traditional, digital, and social channels. You will drive direct marketing plans and campaigns to boost consumer awareness, market share, and brand presence, with a focus on F&B promotions for hotel guests and local patrons.

Qualifications

• Minimum education requirements with experience in sales, marketing, digital or related professional area.
• Hospitality marketing or digital advertising agency experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes annual marketing plan to budget with GM, F&B, Operations and regional teams.
• Promotes F&B and events through traditional and digital channels to drive revenue.
• Liaises with advertising agencies on campaign creative and media plans for F&B promotions.
• Manages F&B media schedules and ensures prompt settlement of accounts.
• Coordinates with Revenue Management to ensure correct offer loading and targeting.
• Executes email marketing and display advertising.
• Engages with Cluster eCommerce manager to align online programs with selling efforts.
• Ensures digital advertising aligns with brand voice.
• Manages social media engagement and local digital content updates.
• Develops promotions for F&B, weddings, spa, rooms and conferences via digital channels.
• Monitors online reputation and responds to guest feedback.

Education

2-year degree in Marketing, PR, Business Admin or related major

4-year bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Business or related major
