Qualifications

• Able to handle simple cashiering tasks.

Responsabilités

• Assist with daily food preparation, including washing, cutting, portioning and basic cooking.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, portion standards and food safety requirements.
• Ensure food quality, presentation and consistency are maintained.
• Assist with receiving, checking and storing food supplies and ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, utensils and work areas.
• Monitor food stock levels and inform the supervisor when supplies are running low.
• Follow proper food handling, storage and temperature-control procedures.
• Minimise food wastage and maintain proper portion control.
• Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties.
• Support the kitchen team during peak hours and busy periods.
• Comply with company policies, workplace safety requirements and food hygiene regulations.
• Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management
