Naval Support Activity Singapore seeks a Hotel Desk Clerk to support the Navy Gateway Inns & Suites, operating around the clock. The role handles guest check-ins, reservations, billing, and front desk tasks using EPITOME and One-Net PC to ensure smooth service.

The ideal candidate has basic math and reading skills, good English communication, and at least 6 months in hospitality/clerical work, with a high school diploma or equivalent. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must have basic math and reading skills; able to communicate clearly in English.
• Preferred 6 months of hospitality operations experience.
• General clerical/office experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Check in guests, register, assign rooms, and collect charges using the PMS and card payments.
• Receive reservations and allocate rooms; issue confirmations and non-availability letters when needed.
• Answer calls/visitors, relay information, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance.
• Maintain front desk records and inventory, including keys and reports.
