Qualifications

• Provide guests with friendly, accurate and efficient check-in/check-out while following company policies and procedures.
• May be tasked to execute room checks, reservations and public area checks as part of the hotel's efforts to offer.
• Staff holistic training towards possible promotion.
• Answer guest inquiries by email/phone/at the counter and render reasonable assistance while maintaining hospitality standards.
• Cashiering duties and maintaining accurate cash float.
