Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Hotel Front Office professional to manage guest arrivals at Bugis, delivering warm, efficient service and ensuring adherence to hotel policies.

This role involves shifts from 7:00am to 3:00pm, 3:00pm to 11:00pm, and 11:00pm to 7:00am with occasional night duties; salary ranges from SGD 2,300 to SGD 2,500 monthly. Training with potential for promotion will be provided to develop guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly, accurate check-in/check-out for guests following policies.
• Assist with room checks, reservations, and public area checks as part of hospitality service.
• Holistic training and potential promotion opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide all guests with a friendly, accurate and efficient check-in/check-out while following the company's policies and procedures.
• May be tasked to execute room checks, reservation and public area checks etc, as part of the Hotel's effort to offer.
• Staffs more holistic training, towards possible promotion.
• Answering inquiries by guest (email/phone/at the counter) and render reasonable assistance within the expectation of keeping with excellent hospitality standards.
• Cashiering duties and maintain accurate cash float.
