Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Receptionist (Hotel) at the Bugis location. You will provide a friendly and efficient check-in/check-out experience, ensuring adherence to hotel policies and procedures while assisting guests with their requests.

Working days are six days per week with shifts from 7:00am–3:00pm or 3:00pm–11:00pm. Salary ranges from SGD 2,000 to SGD 2,500 per month, with opportunities for training and potential promotion based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with friendly, accurate, and efficient check-in/check-out while following hotel policies and procedures.
• Assist with room checks, reservations, and public area checks as part of hotel operations.
• Participate in staff training and development toward promotional opportunities.
• Handle inquiries from guests via email, phone, or counter and offer hospitality-level service.
• Carry out cashiering duties and maintain an accurate cash float.
