Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is recruiting for a Hotel Front Office role at Bugis. This position involves a 6-day work week with rotating shifts: 7:00am–3:00pm, 3:00pm–11:00pm, and 11:00pm–7:00am, with night shifts 1–2 times monthly.

Qualifications

• Handling guest inquiries and concierge tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide all guests with a friendly, accurate and efficient check-in/check-out while following the company's policies and procedures.
• Assist with room checks, reservations and public area checks as part of hotel operations.
• Support staff training with potential for promotion.
• Answer guest inquiries via email, phone, or at the counter and provide assistance.
• Perform cashiering duties and maintain accurate cash float.
