Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Receiving Officer to manage the receipt, inspection, documentation, and distribution of all incoming goods for the hotel. You will ensure items are accurately received, properly recorded, and delivered to the correct departments in line with procurement procedures.

You will play a key role in stock control, uphold quality standards for incoming goods, and support smooth operations between suppliers, storerooms, and hotel departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in receiving, storekeeping, or inventory control preferred.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to handle goods and deliveries.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
