SATS Ltd. is seeking a service-oriented Executive, Hospitality Operations in Singapore to coordinate hospitality operations across events, suites, and catering. Based in the Kallang area, you will ensure seamless execution and high-quality food and beverage experiences, working closely with Sales, Culinary, and Operations teams.

You will train, coach, and supervise staff, manage budgets and inventory, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in hospitality, banquet operations, corporate catering, events, or food & beverage operations.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate banquet, catering, and hospitality events per event orders and plans.
• Set up event venues and ensure service delivery meets standards.
• Monitor front-of-house and back-of-house operations for smooth events.
• Develop, implement, and maintain hospitality SOPs.
• Coordinate with Sales, Culinary, Human Capital, and Operations teams to support events.
• Drive improvements in operational efficiency, service quality, and guest experience.
