Job summary

Sodexo Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Food Service Executive to plan, coordinate and deliver food and beverage services for events at Marina Bay. You will collaborate with the Head Chef and service teams to ensure timely preparation, high standards, and client satisfaction from pre-event to post-event follow-up.

The role includes café operations, inventory management, quoting, invoicing, and upholding Sodexo food safety standards across events.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality, F&B or Event Management (or equivalent experience)
• 1–2 years in catering, banquet or event operations
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and spoken English; customer-focused
• Team-oriented with initiative and proactivity

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute food & beverage services for events
• Work with Head Chef and service teams to meet event requirements
• Ensure high service standards and client satisfaction from pre- to post-event
• Oversee on-site setup, food presentation, service flow and timelines
• Manage inventory, ordering, and event logistics; assist with quotations and invoices
• Maintain Sodexo Food Safety and Nutrition standards and workplace safety
• Oversee café operations and coffee service at events
• Gather client feedback for continuous service improvement
