Job summary

ACI HR Solutions in Singapore seeks a Sales Manager to drive growth of IT solutions for 4- and 5-star international hotels. You will lead business development, build hotel partnerships, and present tailored offerings to clients.

The role reports to the Vice President – Global Sales and requires 3–5 years in IT sales within hospitality. Travel is expected, and collaboration with internal teams is essential to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Business degree with proven experience in business development and sales.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in IT sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes as required.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, securing, and nurturing long-term relationships with new and existing hotel partners in Singapore.
• Delivering compelling presentations of our solutions and services through onsite and online meetings.
• Ensuring the renewal and retention of existing accounts.
• Proactively developing and following up on sales leads and prospects.
• Addressing client requests and resolving service issues or inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Collaborating with internal teams to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Conducting market research to uncover sales opportunities and understand customer needs.
• Achieving all KPIs and targets set by the management team.
• Reporting directly to the Vice President – Global Sales.
