Job summary

INTELLIHUB Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to expand our hospitality solutions portfolio. You will drive growth by selling GRMS, intelligent lighting controls, and smart hotel technologies to hotel owners, operators, developers, consultants and designers.

You will build strategic relationships, pursue new opportunities, and collaborate with our engineering team to tailor solutions that meet client needs, while aiming to exceed sales targets and deliver

Qualifications

• Experience in business development or sales, preferably in hospitality technology, building automation, electrical systems, or lighting controls.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to develop new accounts and manage long-term customer relationships.
• Knowledge of KNX, DALI, GRMS, or lighting control systems is an added advantage.
• Existing connections with hotel owners, operators, M&E consultants, or hospitality designers are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hotel owners, operators, developers, consultants, and interior designers.
• Promote INTELLIHUB's GRMS, lighting control solutions, and smart hospitality technologies.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality industry.
• Develop project opportunities for new hotel developments, renovations, and guestroom upgrades.
• Prepare sales proposals, conduct product presentations, and manage the sales process from lead generation to project award.
• Work closely with our engineering team to develop solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
