Job summary

BMG Hospitality is building an integrated operating platform and AI workflows for hotels, restaurants and shared services in Singapore.

The Hospitality AI Systems & Capability Manager will translate managers' operating knowledge into practical BMG-owned systems, train non-technical employees, and ensure adoption across Front Office, HR, F&B and Finance. This role goes beyond traditional programming, focusing on user-centred design and ongoing improvement.

Qualifications

• Translate operational knowledge into practical digital systems.
• Document user requirements, pain points and approvals.
• Design humane, user-centered hospitality automation.

Responsibilities

• Observe workflows across hotel, restaurant, HR, finance, procurement and guest-service.
• Document user requirements, pain points, approvals and exceptions.
• Develop and maintain HRMS, AI scheduling, CRM, dashboards and workflow apps.
• Integrate systems such as Cloudbeds and restaurant POS where appropriate.
• Maintain APIs, databases, access controls, audit trails and backups.
• Use ChatGPT, Claude and other tools to accelerate development with review.
• Train non-technical employees and maintain human oversight for sensitive decisions.
• Conduct user testing with managers and frontline staff.
• Build prompts, dashboards and simple guides for non-technical users.
• Lead weekly AI and systems training for Front Office, HR, Restaurant, Kitchen, Finance, Procurement and Guest Experience teams.
• Assess competency through practical tasks and system-use evidence.
