Job summary

Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. is seeking an F&B Operations Executive to supervise front-of-house teams, uphold service standards, and deliver an elevated guest dining experience. The role focuses on team development, operational efficiency, and high-quality food and beverage service.

Qualifications

The F&B Operations Executive is responsible for supervising front-of-house teams (one outlet), maintaining service standards, and ensuring an elevated guest dining experience. You’ll play a key role in supporting team development, operational efficiency, and delivering high-quality food and beverage service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coach, and train team members to uphold service standards and perform suggestive selling techniques.

• Provide excellent guest engagement while serving food and beverages.

• Assist in the development and curation of the wine list, including wine pairing, recommendation, and decanting.

• Operate cash registers, handle daily transactions, and ensure accurate records.

• Support operational efficiency by monitoring service flow, stock replenishment, and cleanliness of service areas.

• Support recruitment and administrative work

• Address guest enquiries and service-related issues professionally to ensure satisfaction.

• Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to ensure consistent service delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Food & Beverage, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

• Possession of WSET certification or equivalent is an advantage.

• Preferably a minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality/ QSR environments, preferably in reputable restaurants.

• Prior supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Good interpersonal, communication, and supervisory skills.

• Strong kitchen leadership and manpower management capability.

• Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, and basic operational tasks.

• High-volume operational management expertise.

• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Strong organisational and time management abilities.

• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to perform shift work, and willing to work during evenings, weekends and public holidays.

• Able to stand for long hours and work in an environment where there can be hot, humid and wet weather.
