Job summary

You will coordinate inpatient meals, take and compile orders for private and special-diet patients, and collaborate with nursing staff, kitchen teams, and service partners. Training will be provided to support a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Competent in MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure the smooth daily delivery of inpatient meals and support in-house hospital events.
• Take and compile meal orders for private and special-diet patients.
• Pay close attention to dietary requirements and ensure meals are dispatched accurately and on time to wards.
• Attend to and resolve patient meal-related feedback or complaints with professionalism and care.
• Compile patient feedback and insights for management review.
• Work closely with nursing staff, kitchen teams, and service partners.
• Training will be provided.
