Responsibilities

• Develop scenarios and plans for medical and operational responses to communicable disease outbreaks, and ensure continuity of hospital’s critical services.
• Operationalise plans by supporting hospital stakeholders’ development of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Strengthen hospital capabilities (operational, IT and infrastructure) to support medical and public health responses.
