You will oversee planning, construction management, multidisciplinary coordination and programme control to meet contractual and statutory requirements. Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in civil/structural/building disciplines and related fields.
• Strong track record in construction project management on large-scale or complex projects.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams including consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Knowledge of Singapore construction practices, codes and standards.
• Proven ability to manage schedule, cost, risk and quality across a hospital or institutional project.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall construction and delivery of the hospital project from planning through completion.
• Develop and monitor project execution plans, programmes, milestones and schedules.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architectural, civil & structural, M&E and specialist contractors.
• Engage with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and authorities on project matters.
• Monitor progress against programme, budget, quality and contractual obligations.
• Identify risks and issues and implement mitigation measures.
• Review design development, drawings and technical submissions for compliance.
• Lead project and technical coordination meetings and follow up on actions.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, resources and safety compliance.
• Oversee cost control, variation orders, claims and contractual matters.
