Job summary

SsangYong Engineering & Construction Co. Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior M&E Manager to lead the mechanical and electrical works for a major hospital development in Singapore.

You will oversee planning, execution, quality and safety, ensuring compliance with project specs and Singapore standards. Key duties include coordinating M&E activities across disciplines, reviewing drawings and submissions, managing subcontractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely project completion

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant M&E experience in major building/construction projects.
• Experience in hospital or healthcare projects is required.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills; ability to manage multidisciplinary M&E works.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all M&E works throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee planning, coordination and execution of mechanical, electrical and other building services works.
• Coordinate with Project Director, construction teams, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Review M&E drawings, specifications, shop drawings and method statements.
• Monitor progress against project program and ensure timely completion of critical activities.
• Manage M&E subcontractors and specialists, including resources and sequencing.
